I am an attorney specializing in state and local tax matters, including state income tax, corporation business tax, and sales and use tax. I have extensive experience handling the taxation of pass-through entities, individuals, and corporations. I regularly address questions concerning state tax nexus, apportionment and sourcing of revenue, and domicile/residency matters. I also handle matters involving federal income tax, tax planning, and business formations and transactions. I am admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
